Action in the district court for Renville county to recover $4,185.50, the unpaid balance of the purchase price of a seed-corn dryer sold by plaintiff to defendants, wherein defendants interposed a counterclaim for $38,155.80 for breach of warranty and for negligence. The case was tried before Harold Baker, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict of $500 for defendants. Defendants moved for a new trial, and plaintiff moved for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Defendants appealed from an order denying their motion and from the judgment entered pursuant to the order granting plaintiffs motion for judgment notwithstanding.
